Caramelized Banana French Toast

Thinking of making your valentine something special for breakfast?  Look no further.

If you know me at all, you know I'm a sweetaholic.  I love sweets like no other.  Make me a decadent dessert and I'm done.  Hubby loves French toast and makes a pretty decent one, too, so one morning I woke up and decided I wanted some of my own.  I had been thinking about bananas Foster for some reason and thought, why not put it on French toast?

Luckily, this is super easy to make.  Simply melt a few tablespoons of butter over low heat, and add a few tablespoons of brown sugar.  Cook until everything melts together and you have a lovely brown glaze.  Add 2-3 sliced bananas.

Continue to cook your bananas until they have a nice crust and the sauce has glazed over.  Please do not stick your head in the pan.

That's it!  Serve over your favorite French toast recipe and enjoy!

Mmm...I want some now :)
